Hey everyone
I'm at my all time highest weight, around 170 lbs, and I've never felt like I need to lose this weight more than I do now. I'm trying to stay at about 1,200 cals a day and exercise as much as possible.
I'm excited to be here!

Hey and welcome.

Theres only a few of us on this comm at the moment and it doesnt get that much use but I'm hoping that will change.
