I forced myself to try the Yogalates dvd again and I actually did it!  I know I messed a few of the postures up and I almost gave up a couple of times but I stuck with it and finished the routine.  The dvd has 3 routines as well as a relaxtion session and I managed the first 20 minute routine with the relaxation.

I think I'm going to be a little sore tomorrow (especially my stomach muscles) but I don't care *bounces*
